Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

RealTEK Automation LLC (DBA InnoStak) warrants that all services provided, including CRM solutions, InnoSuite, workflow automation, AI tools, and custom development, will be free from defects in workmanship and performance for a period of 45 days from the date of delivery or project completion.

2. Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers the functionality of delivered services according to the agreed project scope. It includes fixes or repairs required due to errors in coding, integrations, or implementation caused by InnoStak.

This warranty does not cover issues arising from client misuse, unauthorized changes, modifications by third parties, defects or errors caused by third-party software or services (including updates to GoHighLevel, Closebot, or other CRM platforms and APIs), network outages, hardware malfunctions, or any services or tasks outside the originally agreed-upon scope of work.

3. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, clients must contact InnoStak's support team within the warranty period. The claim must include a description of the issue, relevant documentation or screenshots (if applicable), and any related project details such as an invoice or project number.

4. Remedy

If a reported issue falls within the scope of this warranty, InnoStak will, at its discretion, repair or fix the issue at no additional charge or re-perform the services to meet the agreed-upon specifications. If the defect cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, and if deemed appropriate by InnoStak, the company may refund the portion of the payment related to the defective work.

5. Limitation of Liability

The total liability of InnoStak under this warranty is limited to the amount paid for the services that are the subject of the claim. Under no circumstances will InnoStak be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, downtime, or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is void if the client or a third party modifies or alters the delivered services without the consent of InnoStak. It does not apply if the issue arises from non-standard use, improper installation, or client misuse of the services. Any problems resulting from external factors, including third-party system failures, software malfunctions, or issues with GoHighLevel, Closebot, or other integrated platforms, are not covered under this warranty.

7. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date the services are delivered or the project is completed and extends for 45 days. Any claims submitted after the expiration of this period will not be eligible for coverage.

8. Changes to the Warranty Policy

InnoStak reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client's responsibility to review the policy periodically.
